The Brevard Bail Owners Association was organized to promote professionalism in the bail
industry throughout Brevard County and State of Florida. All of our members are owners of
their respective bail offices. Our association has accomplished many positive things and
hope to keep moving forward as we all work together for the good of the industry. However,
this can only be accomplished with the help of the consumer through industry policing efforts.
In the event that you have been taken advantage of, the Brevard Bail Owners Association will
be happy to help you file your complaint with the Florida Department of Financial Services. |

Commercial bail is certainly the most reliable and responsible form of release period!
There is absolutely no cost to the taxpayer as there is with county programs which are
largely unsuccessful, costly and inefficient. The commercial bail industry, and our
association believes that the taxpaying public should not bear the burden of paying to
have inmates released back into the streets with a get-out-of jail free card! Commercial
bail has been tested throughout time and history proves it is the only effective and
responsible way of releasing those accused of crimes before trial.
